Directions for using MACA750™

For Women - We recommend that you begin with 2 capsules of MACA750™ in the AM with or without food and 2 more capsules around 2PM (as we experience a hormonal drop about that time). Continue this for the first 2-3 weeks. Thereafter, if your symptoms are not controlled you may add one capsule per week. When symptoms are under control we recommend maintaining that level for the following week and then reducing the dosage by one capsule until you reach optimal health.

For those with PMS - We recommend that you begin with 3 capsules a day everyday. You will notice that your PMS symptoms will diminish gradually month by month...usually the mood issues stabilize first, your bleeding pattern will change (with scanter, lighter periods), and fewer and fewer cramps.

For Men - We recommend that you begin with four (4) capsules, two (2) to three (3) times each day.

Reducing My Serving Size
Our experience at Medicine Plants™ in the practice of alternative medicine, has shown us that the beneficial effects of MACA750™ accumulate with time and use. It is usual for the beginning number of capsules of MACA750™ required to eliminate hot flashes, increase energy or maintain a healthy state of hormonal balance, to decrease with continued use. For example, a woman using a beginning amount of 6 capsules a day to eliminate hot flashes may find that after a couple of months she only needs 4 capsules a day to achieve the same results. Others may need more than 6 capsules for a while and then they too may decrease their amount down to 1-6 capsules a day.

We recommend that you take MACA750™ for two months in order to determine what amount of MACA750™ is best for your individual needs. After all your symptoms are in good control (that means GONE!) we recommend a "holiday" from MACA750™ every 6-8 weeks for 4-5 days. This allows the body to readjust to an improved level of functioning.

Be sure to not take the herb within 2-3 hours of bedtime as MACA750™ can cause insomnia if taken too late. Most people eventually fall into a range of 1-6 capsules per day.
